Buddy updater stuck

Unable to download new zip file of install
found old file
update ran - now stuck

seems to be an issue with downloads?

nvm avast has started blocking servers and program for HB - should we be concerned?

Same thing happened here, avast started blocking HB when I try to launch it, it also blocks it when I try to download the zip from here. When I tried updating an older version of HB, it gets stuck at 1699/1700 files.
