Buddy Updater, cannot access file ~

Just D/L and use zip file.
Tried fresh instal, same thing
Tried .Exe
"This Honorbuddy version only supports WoW build 24742 and you are on WoW build 24461.

I relaunched WOW a couple times, I checked that it is up to date. Not sure what I'm doing wrong
