I have a problem getting profiles because i can't make a account with the same email adress as i had when i bought the key...can i switch my email somehow? or is that not possible

Can you please explain why you can't use the same email as for your key purchase? This article explains how to use the Buddy Store:

BosslandGmbH:Getting Started with the Buddy Store (as a User)​

If you really do need to change email, you will need to contact the Bossland GmbH front office at [email protected] and explain what you need. They will require you to prove you are the owner of the key (usually involves the purchase email, and the transaction ID).

The forum staff cannot assist you with this problem, as we do not have access to user account information, or the associated tools.
