My Buddy Store account has been locked out for too many invalid password attempts, and I cannot remember the email I linked my account to when I created it for the automated password reset.
I contacted [email protected] and I'm floored at how poor the support is. So far it's been a full day, and the 'technician' keeps responding with menial tasks that are in no way solving my problem.
Can anyone speed this along?
