Hey, I see Free versions of things within the buddy store, But i Can't find a download link/button on there.. One time when I went on a new paladin, it asked me if i wanted to automatically grab a CR for it, But on my Mage, Nada. I would like the free version of portals to try. Any help?

Some have free trials and others do not. Were you logged in when you tried?

Hi, Nirvana9832,

This can happen if you are using an Buddy Store account that does not have a Buddy bot associated with it. Please make certain the account you are using is set up correctly.

The key I have was bought for me, so my buddyauth account doesn't have any keys attached to it. How can i attach it? i know the key wasn't setup with buddyauth.com.

Hi again, Nirvana9832,

You can't attach the key to an account. Its the other way around, you have to make an account with the same email address used to purchase the session key. The process is described in the article we previously cited. This article may clarify it a little more:
