Buddy Store wont allow me to purchase

Every time I try to purchase anything from the store all I get is "Your payment was not successful. Please try again." I have tried with multiple CC's and with multiple routines. Is the system having a problem or something? It wont even let me pay through PayPal.

Email support so they can keep getting an accurate picture for how many people it affects. Last response I received was that it is only affecting purchases from the US and to try again after 48 hours or so. Still no change for me thus far.

I didn't think the buddy store was even updated for HB3 yet.

Im getting the exact same problem. Using Paypal.

Is this just paypal or is Visa broke as well?
