Buddy store routines not streaming

hey guys ive bought routines and used them from the buddy store in the past and recently its not been working, when i run honor buddy it just stays in singular and doesnt stream the routines ive paid for, ive tried everything for the past few days and seeking some opnions/help

Check the store page and make sure you have them enabled. Apart from that delete the buddy store cache and try again.

all the routines are enabled i made sure of that, after deleting the buddy store cache still nothing, do you think it may be because ive recently installed windows 10? thats the only difference from when it last worked until now
