Buddy store login different than my forum login?

For whatever reason my email is taken for the buddy store but my user name doesn't work with that email to reset the password.

Help?

How do I go about resetting it?

I know what the email is, I just got a sub for HB with it.

However I don't know what the username is since it's difference than the forum one, but the same email is already registered as the one I just purchased HB with.
