Buddy Store Issue

The honor buddy client is not downloading any of the purchases that I have from the honor buddy store, It worked in the past but on my fresh install of windows the client is starting up fine and loading but is not pulling any of the files from the store.

I have checked and I am logged on to the buddy store and the purchases that I want to download are enabled in the store as well.

I have tried added a new free item to try and force it to update and download them and it did not work.

The purchases that I am currently trying to get the client to download through the store include,
- TuanHA Paladin - The Ultimate Experience
- 1-100 Questing Profile Pack
- Enyo - The ultimate raiding botbase!

I have several others but have them disabled to try and pinpoint the issue.
 
are you sure the buddyauth account your logged into is the same one that has the key listed your using to log into honorbuddy?
 
I would assume that it would be as I had it working in the past, How would I go about checking if they are the same so I can make sure tha
 
use the same login your using to log into the store to log into www.buddyauth.com if your key is listed and thats the key your using then it should be able to find your store purchases.
 
Yah, I am using the same one for both so it is not a difference in accounts that is keeping it from downloading my purchases
 
delete your %USERPROFILE%/AppData/Local/Bossland/Buddy Store/cache.bin file
 
That seems to have fixed it, many thanks for the quick and efficient help :)
 
I am getting the same issue again with honorbuddy not download off of the buddy store, I have tried the fix you sugested above but it not working this time. I have also done a full reinstall of honorbuddy and that did not help

log into the store, and disable all the products from streaming, then start honorbuddy. then close it.

now re-enable the products and start honorbuddy again.
