Buddy not working?

So i have 2 keys, one in english and one in portuguese.
I've been running DB fine on my english one, but now i tried running the portuguese one and it just sits on "base" doing nothing.
Tried looking in every FAQ here and found nothing, even the search tool didn't help.

Here are the logs where he just sits there:

and he just keeps on doing that every 5seconds, until
