Buddy noob LF update guide (not complaining)

I just started with honorbuddy recently and it freakin kicks ass. I understand the buddy team needing to update for the patch, not complaining or anything like that.

Question is- when the buddy update is finally released how should I go about updating? should I just download the new version from the buddy updates page and install again? Delete the old version and clean install the new update? How about the profiles I use? (Kicks)

I looked around and couldn't really find anything so If someone could point me to a guide of some sorts or offer advice this buddy noob would surely appreciate.

When HB is updated, it will prompt you to update the client when you start up HB. It will include a description of all the changes and fixes that were implemented with the update.

Your combat routines and installed plugins and all of that will remain how you left them prior to the update.

Apon logging in to HB it will prompt you to update. Or, you can download it from the releases section and update your version that way.

Just watch that thread, normally a dev will post there with a link to the updated version when it is ready so you don't have to keep trying to log in with HB.
