Buddy done wanna load in

Hey. So i bought my key, and when i try to start the stuff, i get this message:

after its log in, i cant change the type of the program above from the load profile window.


Anybody can help me?

are you sure your running wow in windowed mode?
are you running wow in directx9 mode?
