Buddy crashes on startup

Hi,

Hearthbuddy crashes on startup, right after I choose Select from configuration window at the start. Im using windows 7. I checked guides and tried running Buddywizard. However Buddywizard also crashes on startup.

What am I doing wrong?

remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable



restart your pc,
download the installationwizard http://updates.buddyauth.com/BuddyWizard.zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart
