Buddy Control Panel disappeared

So recently 3 things happened, HB updated, My video card updated and applied new optimal settings to games which included full screen wow, which i changed back to borderless and realised i chose the wrong one and went to windowed.
After those happened 2 plugins for HB stopped working, which 1 is kind of redundant:
Buddy Control stopped working.
Buddy Control Panel stopped appearing.
Is this because of the most recent HB update making them incompatible, or some other reason? I was really enjoying BCP and was about to configure it to take BC's place permanently...

your video card update reset your overlay setting. you need to enable it again.

Could you please elaborate on that, I have tried disabling and reenabling the plugin, scouring honorbuddy and the video card settings for an overlay option and still have had no success. I don't know if i missed the option or not but I feel I covered all the bases.

Please attach a log after turning on/off the buddypanel.
