Buddy authorization email

hello purchased the awesome bot known as honor buddy,
registered on buddy authorization portal used the same email
during purchase. but for the life of me i have never recieved a
confirmation email after to verify the account so i cant log on
buddy authorization portal to get my key.

any help will be great.
