Buddy Auth unreachable. - Unable to check for an update

I've attempted to reach the buddyauth website multiple times since the 1st of May. I've run a tracert from my PC and the last hop I get is an earthlink router in Birmingham, AL (USA) [72.243.251.249].

Last time I was able to login through a browser or the Honorbuddy.exe was the 30th of April.

I contacted my ISPs tech support, it actually interested them because they could reach it, but I learned quickly that they were located in a completely different region (They could reach the site). They weren't even doing basic network troubleshooting on the same network hardware I was passing through.

If you need more detailed information, like my actual IP, I can send it through a PM (I'm sure you all have it already though).

Troubleshooting:
Flushed DNS
Checked Host file
Checked system security settings for blocked sites
Checked router security settings for blocked sites
Contacted ISP support (Didn't help)
Restarted network and PC
Tried 3 different browsers (Tor, IE, and Chrome)
Not a DNS issue, but I have changed DNS from Googles to Level3s.

Was able to connect with Tor Browser. For obvious reasons.

Download the latest version of honorbuddy.
http://updates.buddyauth.com/GetNewest?filter=Honorbuddy
Then do a clean install into a new folder. Do not reinstall over a previous installation or move items from the old installation into the new one.

Appreciate the quick response. I cannot reach the buddyauth.com domain. So I will not be able to clean install.

Only way is through proxy

Still unable to connect without using a proxy. Looks like i'm just out of luck.
