Buddy Auth Portal

Hello,

I'm currently having issues regarding logging on to my buddy auth portal.

I was getting the following error:
[10:18:16] Authentication failed. Maybe you have a session timeout or inserted a wrong Auth Key?

for that reason I searched the forums for a solution and someone mention I must kill the session occuring however I cannot even log in through the website. I already asked for a new password and it still wouldn't work. Hope to hear from you soon and thank you for your time.

im getting the same error message now as well. It was working fine then generated Authentication failed. Maybe you have a session timeout or inserted a wrong Auth Key? Not sure what to do. please someone help.

Okay, try closing pokefarmer and trying it again. I had that happen to me a few times, but closing and restarting it a couple of times fixed it.

However, if you're still having issues logging onto your buddy auth account or resetting the password, then you're going to need to e-mail support.
