Buddy Auth Portal Issue

Greetings, im trying to log into my buddy auth portal have been for days, it keeps saying password is incorrect,i changed password, attempted to log in with it and it still wont work, attempted again , same thing. FYI.

this issue is still not resolved, i resent email twice went through my entire junk folder, alls i want is my buddy auth password reset correctly.

I cant make them respond faster but maybe I can help, did you register a new account with your email after change to keys?
