Buddy Auth not showing Honorbuddy key in use.

Hello
Sometimes when I try to log in I get a key is in use error but when I check Buddy Auth session it shows no active sessions.
I have also checked the Auth when I am logged in and it also does not show any active sessions then.
Am I doing something wrong?

My Demonbuddy sessions show up fine.

Need to be confirmed by Staff, but as far as I know, HB3 doesn't track key session.

correct,Hb session cant get lock on server anymore

Ok, well I cant log in because it says the session is in use. How can I regain access ?
