buddy auth not registering my sessions

im new to this so it may be error on user side but here is my problem
so im using the product key on my budy auth to log in on hb. i have 2 bots going when i have a look on the buddy auth website it doesn't register the fact that i have any bots going. im wondering am i meant to set something up for this to work?
also could this be part of the reason behind my session is invalid problem that i am having aswell?
