Buddy Auth issue

been having trouble recovering password for buddy auth saying my email and username don't match (or even exist) so ive tried to re-register my key and say email is linked to an active account. Any ideas?

Send a request to [email protected] fro the email that you bought the key with payment information.explain the problem and they will help you by fastest way as possible
