BSODs after adding video card

Firstly lets start with specs:

MSI 890FXA-GD70 AM3+ AMD 890FX SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard
AMD Phenom II X4 970 Black Edition 3.5GHz Quad
XFX Black Edition HD-687A-ZDBC Radeon HD 6870 1GB Video Card
Corsair 850 WATT PSU
16gb G.Skill 2133 Ram

So I was trying to get another XFX 6870 Black Edition, but everyone is sold out and it does not look like they will be making anymore. So I was browsing around and found the XFX HD-687X-CNFC Radeon HD 6870 2GB. AMD has a comparison chart on their site stating that 6870's and 6850's can run together in crossfire. So I went ahead and got the 6870. I installed in two nights ago, booted windows. Was messing around for a bit and got a BSOD saying "Registry Error". So after it rebooted, I got nothing but boot loops. Couldn't start into safe mode, last known good config, nothing. So I pulled out the video card, and still couldn't get back into windows. So I put back in the 2nd video card but into a different slot. This time windows did start up. So i uninstalled video drivers and reinstalled. This time I started getting "SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION" BSODs. Just opening chrome. So i decided to do a clean install of Windows 7 64 bit pro. After reinstalling everything, now my WoW's crash with 132 errors, SWTOR and Skyrim crash to the desktop after a few minutes of play, and I randomly get BSOD's at the desktop. What in the blue hell is going on? Even if I pull out the 2nd video card and go back to my original setup, i still am getting bsod's.

Can anyone help me out here? I have uploaded my minidumps from the BSOD's (after the fresh install) to tiny url dot com slash buddies1234 . I have tried older AMD Drivers. Same result. Help me buddies :(

I had issues when i had 3 cards in, so i had to go down to 2 cards

i dunno what it was :\ Maybe one was going out? dunno

Just update the mainboard bios and the bios of BOTH graphics cards.
It think it should work then. If your PSU wasnt from Corsair i would say its a PSU problem but this is a high-quality PSU and can handle your components easily.
