I can attach the files that it is referring to that help describe the problem, but idk if I should, since idk what kind of personal/computer related information is in it. I should note that this ONLY happens when running HB, nothing else.

bsod's are not hb issues

they are normally driver issues or possibly ram issues

check all of your drivers - if they're good ... make sure you're not overclocking. If you are, go back and set to default. If you are not - return it to cust support and tell them to fix their shit

Most commonly it's video drivers or ram issues if you only get it while running games

Thats related to your graphics card. Most likely a driver issue.

It does not happen while running games, it ONLY happens when running HB, and almost daily. So forgive me if I tend not to believe it's not a HB issue, or an issue being exacerbated BECAUSE of HB. I am not overclocking, everything is stock. I upgraded all my drivers they day I got it up and running. Toshiba Satellite? Thank you for providing ACTUAL support. I will look back over my graphics driver and reinstall if necessary. Why can't HB devs give support like this, instead of pointing the fingers elsewhere?

You mean like me saying 'it's probably drivers'?

last time i checked they give hb support, not bsod support.

i think kick helped you in the best way he could if you just read what he posted instead of

raged like a 2 yr old because someone didnt snap his fingers and fix that shit for you.

lazy ... to say the least. Google could have helped you faster then typing your problem here.

BCCode: 116 - Google zoeken

there is no way you get a bsod because of HB. Its always Graphic card related or Ram related aka hardware related.

Scan yor memory overnight. Check your drivers. Just because you installed em all when u bought it, does not mean something is not corrupted now.

theres so many options, but hb is not one of em im sure.
