Breaking for Botting?

Which plugin/extension is the best one for letting you simply logout and login for an amount of time you verify and at a point in the session you would like?

Ideally, it would generate a random amount of 'break-time' based between two variables you set, say, "break for random time between 50-minutes and 1 hour".

Any ideas guys?

I use HBRelog to control that, you can have it set a randomize amount of time also so its different each time it logs off.
