Break Taking Plugin, Willing to trade custom profiles.

I'm looking for a plugin that takes randomized breaks. I would really like it to work in conjunction with Arelog. Have it stop Honorbuddy, Kill Arelog, then restart Arelog after another randomized time anywhere from 1 - 3 hours.

I can make or trade custom profiles for your work. My coding knowledge isn't that great atm. Any help would be appreciated, please don't message here. Send me a pm.
