Put it in the Mammon routine folder (...\Demonbuddy\Routines\Mammon) in place of the existing one. Had to change a value for break distance.

I have no idea how to make it ignore those. I'd suggest putting a request in or letting hawker and the gang know in a pm about it. I actually turned it off in the mean time while running core and requested at least the ability to toggle it on and off depending on the run you are doing.

edit: I may try peaking around in some other files just to see what's up but I'm moving today so I'm going to be unable to look into it.

atm such an option does not exist
