Break Handler?

Is there any way of having a break handler?

I would love for my bot to stop and log out to the character select screen for about 20 minutes every few hours, and maybe every 5 hours or so take an hour break, etc...

Would anything like that be possible?

I've looked around and haven't found anything of the sort.
