Bought "trial" version about 5 minutes ago. Is it possible for refound?

I bought the trial version of HB about 5 minutes ago. Do you think it is possible for a refound so I could go ahead and buy the 3x session one insted?

They probably need FACTS before any refund can be issued. How many hours/minutes/seconds did you use? Can't tell me you went to all the trouble and considerable expense of purchasing the trial...and then never used it. Also, did you pay in Euro or Dollar? This will matter when it comes to working out the conversion into a cost per hour/minute used ratio - which would really only be necessary after an investigation that could determine whether or not you used the bot for X hours, minutes, and seconds (which btw are rounded up to the next minute so I hope you're prepared to pay for that minute).

just wait your 24h left on your key, and then purchase the 3 session. bossland wont refund you for something that you've already more the half way used.
