bought subscription, didn't receive any key

it's been 3 hours since i have purchased 1y 3 session key for 60 euros. i'm still waiting for the key. i have sent an email to support but got no answer. should i apply for a charge back?

it has been 4.5 hours, still no key and no answer from support. i dont mind the banwaves but this kind of shit is unacceptable.
