Bought lifetime account and got nothing?

Bought a lifetime account just now the money was debated from my account but I got no email, I went to keys after logging in here and it doesn't show me ever buying it.

The money went from my account so what can I do?

You're right they were very kind and helpful, turns out it was my mistake entirely I clicked an old accessible email by mistake so the key was sent there but I had no way to check.

didn't realize I had selected it when I was purchasing, thanks for the help here also.

+1 Ive even had them give a free keys for when they have made a mistake and kept me botting for a while.. They accounting side off things they are spot on.... Ive seen some payment portal issues in the past but that's not really their end per say... Most has been sorted now i think
