Invoice number 36126
Purchased on Friday, got 4 emails saying registration complete, order complete, invoice apporoved, payment complete etc but as of yet I can not log into the forums on the account I created when i bought the product (this is a new email address and account I have had to make just so i can actually post!)
The website thorws an error saying i have entered an email address you do not reconize. I have sent 3 messages to the "Contact Admin" link, and 1 or 2 emails to the email address I got the purchase emails from, and I have had no reply as yet.
Considering ive just paid 80 euros for a product I cant even access the forums to, I would be very greatful if someone could email me back to the invoice email address (not this one), and let me know whats happening.
