Bought keys and still no e-mail

I have checked my inbox and junk mail and still no key :-(.

I have tried purchasing the 1 day license like 3 or 4 times.


When I try to retrieve the key I get this:

"Request Keys
An error has occured: Email address not found! "

all you guys have to do is tell your cc company to let the charges from Gate2Shop through and they will fix it (unless it's a pre-paid debit card, then you're currently out of luck, sorry)

We hope to have paypal up and running again soon, but due to what has happened, it's currently not an option. Wait a few days and we'll see what we can do
