Order #64194 confirmed - this is the mail i got.
Registered at buddyauth aswell, might have been the VPN but it was not active so i don't know.

Can take up to 24 hours to get it activated. But my purchase was denied due to vpn

that sucks, when I purchased a key yesterday I received my key within 5 minutes of ordering it. But today, idk...kind of weird.
