Bought Honorbuddy @ Bossland GmbH and didnt recieve the key

Hey,

i just bought Honorbuddy via paypal from Bossland GmbH in the Store.
I only got the following email: which does not contain a key.
i dont have it on the Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal site.
Tryed calling and send an email but havent gotten any response yet.
Does anybody know any other way of contacting them or can offer some help ?

as i said, i did register there with the same email i used for the purchase but no keys there
 
Through paypal did you pay with card, or bank fund transfer?
I know the bank one may take a while to clear.

When Tony or other support reads this he'll give you better info on how long it could take.
 
through paypal and the money got transfered immediatly after the purchase.
 
The support email takes around 24 hours.
(Support, not the key.)

Sorry for misreading your case.
The key could arrive earlier, but I wont count on it.
The support aka bossland will help you.
 
well i figured that i would get the key immediatly after the purchase (aka automated system) but if thats not the case i will wait until the support answers tomorrow and hope they can figure it out
 
it should be automated, but sometimes e-mails can get clogged up. if it doesn't arrive in 24 hours then send an e-mail to support with your transaction id and they will manualy pull a key for you.

Hey, i need your help again.

i wrote an email to [email protected] and i got a reply from tony.
but he asked me for "the transaction id of your purchase". the problem is i cant find it in the email i got (the one in the first post).
is there any way to find it somewhere else ? (i did ask tony the same but he has not answerded yet)
