Bought Heathbuddy but didnt get a key.

Hey guys.
I've bought Hearthbuddy 2 hours ago and still got no key. German telephone support seems to be offline - sure its sunday. But what can I do now?

yea.. I also bought honorbuddy months ago and got the key instantly.. but now there is still no mail.. already checked the spam folder
