Bought alife time key, but can't log into the buddy store

Okay so I did not know where to post this thread, so i'm posting it here. Basically I bought a life time Honor buddy key. The problem I am having is when I go to register to the buddy store, it is saying "There is already an account registered with this email please choose a different one." I have tried to use request password sign up, but it wants a user, and email, I only have the email part. I looked through my email, and I have nothing with the buddy store sign up. So I am asking if you can look into this and email me my user, and password. I can link my email, or even my order number when you reply thanks, and have a good day!
