Bought 5 new accounts and changed ip then this happens

Hello everyone..
Yesterday I bought 5 new accounts (battlechests) (RAF dungeon 5 man) I tried a new IP which was from UK...
Today I woke up and realised all my 5 accounts now are closed, not banned but closed until I open them agian. + They drawed back the money from the Upgrade to mop, (paid 4 euro for each acc)
They did this cause they could see the accounts were been playing on a different IP..
what now really? I changed my IP so I would not get caugt as fast..
If this happens when u change your ip what is really the point in it?
I am hoping u guys have som answers for it, looking forward to hear it..

Its a safety feature to protect your account.

And if you use a public IP the chances are extremely high your account will be banned after just logging in once.
