turn off your firewall and try it
'another 30 days' implies he used it before and it was working then..
Don't tell users to turn off their firewall when 99% certain that is not the problem.
He could of installed software (firewall) when he bought another session which could be blocking HB connecting to the auth server, well if he cant connect to the server something must be blocking his connection so what do you think is wrong then? myself i think it's his firewall yet he has not really left any great detail to help him with so i doubt he will get help.
Tried with my firewall turned off, didn't work either. HB works fine for me tho. "yet he heas not really left any great detail to help him", sorry but I thought this could've been something others has struggled with as well.
So it's a GB problem, do you have the latest GB installed? does it only come up with Attempting Authorization or does it come up with something like Authorization failed? do you run GB in admin mode? or does GB throw any exception's/errors?
