Bought 1 week license - Received No Key

Hello, I purchased a one week license for honorbuddy and got confirmation from the Shopify that my order was confirmed. I recieved no further email or notification OR indication that would include a Key for using Honorbuddy.

go to buddy auth page.. and use the key there, but i think tripwire is activated so you cant use the program anyway. i just made the same mistake.
 
Did you ign up for buddy auth with the same email you used to buy your key? Else send a emial to [email protected] and describe your issue they will help you out ! :)
 
Yes I did, they are under the same email, additionally I have reached out to the support team and got one reply asking in correspondence for a few of my details pertaining to the order I had made. Haven't heard back from them for about 12hours
 
I have, and given the information youve asked for. It seems that you're not getting the emails I'm sending to you directly through gmail with the information that you asked me to provide, and only the Emails that are automated to be sent to you through the Shopify help link that is provided. SO I have additionally sent you another email through said link with the information you have requested.
 
I also sent an email to that support address you linked. It's been hours and still no reply. I'll give it another 8 hours then I'm charging back this is kind of ridiculous.
 
Been botting with HB for 4 years and have never had this much trouble getting a key or assistance from support , don't really know whats going on. I only bought the one week to see how efficient the bot was because I am returning to wow. However I am tempted to buy the full month of HB and see if there is the same issue. IF there is i really hope there will be a much more expedited response to this issue, which clearly more than I am experiencing.
 
So I went ahead and bought the 1 month 1 session and it automated my key this time, however still nothing for the 1 week. There may be a problem with automation for the new 1 week session.
