Bought 1 month subscription, key is invalid

As title suggests, i purchased 1 month subscription and the key I received by email seems to be invalid once i type it on the logging screen.

did you make sure you do no space while copy pasting the code? i did that in the past as mistake.

Hey, yes, I double checked that. I even tried typing myself instead of copy pasting, doesn't work.

Contact BOSS through contact support. He is very helpful and answer real fast. I am fairly sure he will cover the time lost due to this mistake.
