Bought 1 month Pokefarmer, no key received

I purchased 1 month Pokebuddy for more than 4 hours ago, but I still haven't received any key. It's not listed under my keys under Buddy Auth either.

The only two mails I've received is the order confirmation (ORDER #21421) and a mail from Paypal.
