Botting with very high ping/ms?

For a while I'll be having terrible ms in WoW (up to 1500) so it's basically unplayable for me but botting still works. I was wondering if there's any really dangerous things about botting with such high ping? Can I be detected easier or does the bot still do what it's supposed to? Just looking at how it plays I just look like someone lagging very bad every now and then.

My experience botting with high ping is the following. The bot does movement mistakes as he thinks he already reached position xyz, while in fact he did not. Same goes for custom classes and fighting rotations. Just keep an eye on it.
