I've been searching around google and HB a lot for this question, but can't seem to find much.

I was wondering if;

  1. I have two seperate accounts, both on different battle.nets
  2. I bot on one of the accounts whilst legitly playing on the other one
  3. I am on one computer

if there is a ban, will both the accounts be banned even though one of them is legit?

yes it will because Blizzard will see 1 ip address and ban all accounts associated with the IP.

If your worried about this use a *** when you bot on your botting account

Its a 50/50 chance Since blizzard will need to look at both of them, All I can say is bot like a human as if you was playing it and you will never get banned I have been doing that for years and years

Usually no, even the botted account would not be banned, but several times getting 72h penalties.

The trigger, which ?nvolve Blizzard to permanently ban accounts is the gold selling, or association of it.

So on the question - the only real threat for your play account will be, if you sell gold with play account, or help with the play account to your bot account, and sell gold with the bot account later.
Then Blizz''s excuse would be ''association to abuse of economy" or similar.

lol sorry meant to say use a V-P-N Virtual Private Network
