Botting two accounts at once

I was going to buy a second honorbuddy license to bot with the RAF buff, is there a way to do this fully AFKable?
I have tried to find plugins/routines/anything that can make this happen but everything seems to be outdated. Anyway to make them quest together? And anything else I should know, or tips on how to make this work better ;D?

EDIT: I was thinking about using "theTramper follow" but I do not know how well this would work with the auto questing, and as I have not yet bought the second license (would like to know if this even works first) I have not had the ability to test it, but it still feels like a "clunky" solution.
