Botting too much - bannable? Opinions from level 80 botters wanted...

I used to bot RS pretty hard, got many many level 99 characters and more or less figured out their system (they can't monitor everyone at once, but they CAN detect if you're botting, they only check accounts who get reported way to much, so the easiest way not to get banned is by not being reported..)

I'm wondering if this is at all the same. Blizzard is a much wealthier and advanced company than Jagex (runescape's maker)

Have any of you botted 1-80 24/7 with no breaks?
Are those characters still unbanned?

I ask this because I have been botting my current account 24/7, and I'm worried blizzard, being a more powerful company than the owner of the last game I botted on, has advanced heruistics in place that track how many hours you've spent on the game and look into accounts based on that info etc.

Any help? Opinions are appreciated, I already know that if someone knew how not to get banned, then it would be known already, and I know that its entirley speculation, but speculation DOES count for something..


So yeah, any advice from pro HB users?

i have botted (GB) with some accts for 9 months no bans... 24/7

i've botted (HB) with some accts for 2 days and got banned. It all depends on player reports

Botting 24/7 WILL get you banned it may not be for months but you will get banned Blizzards system automatically logs how long people play. You can get this information yourself buy the battle.net cpanel, so no doubt the GM's have access to it. People say there is a certain time where the system auto flags you So basically there is a cut off where the system auto reports you Some people say its 17 hours, some say its 12, others say its 8-9 No way of really knowing.

I am aware that blizzard does monitor how many days you have been on for, so for example you are on for 10 days straight it is likely you will be banned.

Say I have 1 acc.

I have 2 characters. I alternate botting on them 12 on each.

Will blizzard still see that the ACCOUNT has been logged in the whole time, or does it just track characters?

I bot pretty casually anywhere from 4 hours to 16 hours a day 5 days a week, my friend has been botting 24/7 for the last 4 months

ive got 5 80's botting with gb 10hrs a day 7 days a week spread over 5 different servers. I run them mainly during the day when less people are online to reduce the risks. I find HB atm is abit buggy so i tend to watch them closly(i run 4 HB accounts also). If ur 80 gb is fine to walk away from but HB atm i wouldnt. I find running more then 10hrs a day i start getting psts 'are u a bot', 'ur still farming' etc.
