Ok, so I've only ever botted on 1 account really and I've used the gold for my own personal use. Selling it has never really interested me until recently and I'm wondering how it works out for a lot of you. I have a few questions in particular:

- I live in the UK and thus use ? instead of $, how much does that ruin my profit?
- How many bots you need to run idealy to be making a reasonable amount of money?
- How many servers to you idealy need to run on to make a reasonable amount of money?
- How hard is it to find buyers?
- Does it not hurt badly when you get banned and have to buy vanilla, tbc, wotlk and cata again?
- How long, as an estimate, does it take to cover the cost of 3 accounts + gb lifetime?

Any other information you can give me on the subject will be greatly appreciated :)

Don't know if you've noticed some thread popping up about it but the prices are really low on most servers as we speak. Having a hard time to find any site that buys gold for over ~0.5$/k. But since you'r starting from scratch go into Compare Time Card & Wow Gold Prices, Buy Isk | MMOShift.com for example and look for servers with high prices. Make contact with some gold selling sites, ask them where they need a steadily gold income/week for a good price and tell them that you can provide. Search for private buyers, use the internet - forums, ask friends, advertise in-game, ebay - anything you can think off :).

Really can't say about how long it will take to cover the cost of 3 accounts + gb lifetime. All depends on how much you want to bot on your chars. I've quitted botting to sell gold now but I made around 70-100k/week, then ofcourse you also have to level your characters but you can make a decent amount of money as you go. But like I said, scan the market, look for different servers with high demand/stable prices.

I'm prolly way off but anyways - good luck mate :)!
