Hey Everyone! I've been botting for about three weeks now and everything is going just fine. Before I started I read as many posts on safe botting as possible and came up with my own strategy. However, i would like to get some community feedback to help me identify any risks I may have overlooked.
Goals: Gradually achieve gold cap over the next few months. No gold selling or trading, even between accounts. I keep everything, mats & gold, in my guild bank that have other guild members from different battle.net accounts. I'm pulling in about 4k - 6k a day depending on the markets.
Accounts: I have two wow licenses on one battle.net account. One account is for gathering, the other is matt shuffling and non afk Tyrael for BG's & low level Arena.
WoW 1 - I use a L90 Lock with Gatherbuddy 2 using private profiles and randombuddy. I bott 1.5 - 2.5 hour sessions twice a day. I use a separate PC and IP just for my botting sessions. My botting hours are generally 9AM - 11AM & 10PM - 12AM. Between most sessions I run BGs, Raid Finder, and Heroics using Tyrell for rotation only.
Wow 2 - - I have a JC / Enchanter on one toon and an Inscription / Alchemist on another toon. Every morning I prospect, create rare gems, craft JC items for DE,and convert some mats to shards etc.. I also craft potions, ink, and darkmoon cards on my other toon.
Auctions: I post about 100 - 150 auctions a day for all the various items, no more that 5 - 10 of any single item type. I don't cancel auctions and re-list, I just let them run the full 24hrs.
Other Botting: I use Tyrael in BG's & and sub 2k arenas for the rotation. I mostly manually interrupt or use the variable settings for routines that offer them. All my routines and premium versions.
I fully understand the risks, and expect to get banned at any time.
