Does anyone know if this would be ok? I don't care too much about the SoR if it gets banned, but do you think it's ok to play my main account while botting on the SoR? I don't have a seperate computer to bot separately and I would still like to do other things like dailes and raids. Any info would be great thanks.

TBH, I wouldn't do it. Because they like to IP ban accounts that are logged on at the same time when they finally do decide to ban you. Everytime I have lost a set of SoR, it has been ALL of them online. So if I had been playing my main, I tend to believe that it also would have been banned. Of course I have had every ban overturned. But my luck the one time my main is associated is the one I can't get back.

I do it all the time .You allways take a risk using a bought sor account just like you do everytime you bot.But ive never had my main banned for using a sor account from same ip address.Had 5 sor accounts banned and theyALL botted same time as my main i also have two sor accounts and my main botting now as i am typing this.just dont link them to same Battle.net.And just to add my first sor ban was when it was online at the same time as my main also in same zone.
it would be stupid of them to ban by ip. Why? most people have dynamic ip address and can change their IP within minutes, and some other person could pick up the banned ip and be ban for no reason...
only way your main would get ban by dual boxing is;
IF honnorbuddy got detected by warden, ALL accounts you ran with HB open would get ban, but dont worry about this, why?
IMO bc if they could detect it they wouldn't be sueing them

However they ban, whether it be by IP, Mac address, w/e, they DO ban accounts on at the same time. I have had ALL of my accounts banned at the same time that were running at the same time before. First time it happened to me I was still questing on 2 of 3 accounts I was running, and the 3rd was in Uldum. There had been NO interaction between the accounts, they were even on different servers. All banned at the same time. So for someone to say that it is not possible for your main to be caught in this, whether by accident or not, is just foolish. Do what you want, they are your accounts. I am just saying from PERSONAL experience, I would never run my main account the same time that I bot SoR accounts.
Its true that they ban accounts at the same time. they also banned my two farmers at the same time. but they dont bann your mainaccount if you didn?t bot on it.

If I am questing on 2 accounts that got banned, how does Blizz differentiate between a bot account and my main that I could be legit playing at the same time? Do you really think they are looking into every accounts /played time? No. It is pure dumb luck if someones main account hasn't been banned yet while botting with SoR accounts that HAVE been banned. But ofc it is a risk regardless, just weigh the options and possible outcomes before playing your main while botting. You may never get banned, who knows. I just tend to air to the side of caution when it comes to my 6 year old main account that I actively raid on lol.
