Use the pvp bot, cap your honor 2 4000 and trade in for justice points, you will get at least 2500 a night.

3750 honor = 2500 justice points

Depending on your faction and battlegroup I can get up to 1000 honor per hour.

But don't over do it and try use a healer/ranged class.
