Botting in US from EU

After being banned my account in EU server i am thinking in buying a new D3 account to use my lifetime bot session. I can buy a nice US barb to bot with, but i live in Europe and Blizzrd does not allow to change chars between servers.

As the account is global i can play it from europe. So i am asking if there is anyone botting in US from EU. Can blizzard flag a player being in europe and playing in US?

How do you intend to sell your stuff? Afaik you can't link paypal to a US account if your paypal adress isn't in the US?

Otherwise I would bot in the US, more profits to be made then in the EU.

The problem mainly is you need a us cellphone linked to your d3 account with sms protect also the phone needs to have a monthly pay programm or however you call it.
